GM Akra Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the GM Akra platform — whether through the website at gmakra.app or through the dedicated mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and GM Akra in relation to your use of the platform. They apply to all users regardless of how you access the service, what device you use, and which section of the platform you use — whether that's the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, bingo or any other feature.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use GM Akra you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GM Akra does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from GM Akra or have an existing account that was closed for a breach of these terms.

GM Akra reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if activity on an account triggers a review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Rules

Each person may hold one and only one GM Akra account. Registering multiple accounts — whether with the same or different personal details — is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account will be closed and any balances in the duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication method — secure and confidential. GM Akra will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep these credentials private.

• Do not share your account login with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to place bets or access the casino using your account.
• Notify GM Akra support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain current. Outdated contact details may delay account recovery or withdrawal processing.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

GM Akra supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. There are no background currency conversions applied at any stage. The amount you send via JazzCash or Easypaisa is the amount that appears in your balance, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that may be in place and communicated on the deposit page.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• You may only withdraw funds to an account or mobile wallet that is registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Providing accurate account details is your responsibility.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically fastest; bank transfers may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
• GM Akra does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Betting Rules

The GM Akra sportsbook covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international fixtures, football, esports and a range of other sports markets. All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or a recognised data provider used by GM Akra.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to verify the details of every bet — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming.

• Minimum and maximum stakes apply per market and are displayed before you place a bet.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing period. During this period, odds may change and a bet may not be accepted at the originally displayed price.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided in the event of a pricing error, data feed failure, event abandonment, or where the event is settled in circumstances materially different from those expected at the time of the bet. Voided stake amounts are returned to your PKR balance.
• Abandoned matches: In cricket and football, if a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs or time have been played, affected markets will be voided unless the governing body declares an official result.

6 Casino & Game Rules

GM Akra's casino section includes live casino games with real dealers, slot games and bingo. Each game type operates under its own set of rules which are displayed within the game interface before and during play.

All casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems for digital games, or by the live dealer's actions for live casino tables. GM Akra does not interfere with game outcomes.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet or wager within that game.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or software error — GM Akra will make reasonable effort to resolve the outcome fairly. Unresolved rounds may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game are displayed within the game interface.
• Live casino tables are operated continuously. Joining an active table means you accept that the round in progress may not be joinable until the next round begins.
• Bingo game rules, ticket prices and prize structures are shown before each game session begins.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

GM Akra may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered users. The specific terms of each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds, validity period and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — are communicated at the time each offer is made and form part of these terms when you opt in to that offer.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns or any form of bonus abuse is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• GM Akra reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus offer at any time. Active bonus balances already credited will not be removed mid-wagering without notice.
• Where a promotional offer specifies a minimum deposit requirement, only deposits made using qualifying payment methods will trigger the bonus.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the GM Akra platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately, pending investigation, and may result in permanent closure and the forfeiture of any balance.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets, access games or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point, including during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the GM Akra platform, software or content.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

GM Akra reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or a request by the account holder to self-exclude.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets or access casino games until the investigation is complete. GM Akra will aim to complete investigations promptly.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where a closure is not related to a breach — for example, a voluntary closure request — your remaining PKR balance will be returned via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting GM Akra support. Voluntary closures do not carry a penalty. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion option so that appropriate safeguards can be applied.

10 Privacy & Data

GM Akra collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process PKR transactions and comply with applicable obligations. By registering on GM Akra, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You also confirm that the personal data you provide is accurate and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

• GM Akra does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.
• Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, etc.) is limited to what is necessary to complete transactions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual retention obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

GM Akra is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for entertainment only. It is not a financial product, an investment vehicle, or a reliable source of income. Players should only ever use funds they can genuinely afford to spend on entertainment.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your account.

12 Limitation of Liability

GM Akra provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the platform operates without interruption, GM Akra does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• GM Akra is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• GM Akra is not responsible for decisions made by users regarding how much to deposit or stake. You accept full personal responsibility for your gaming activity.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that affects a bet or game round, GM Akra's liability is limited to returning the stake amount in PKR. It does not extend to projected winnings from the affected event.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

GM Akra reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through a notice displayed on the platform or via the registered contact details on the account. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.

Continued use of the GM Akra platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
